DAILY / WEEKLY CARE

›Use pH-neutral floor cleaner for regular mopping
›Clean spills immediately — especially oils, fuels, and chemicals
›Use soft-bristle brush for textured surfaces (flake, quartz)
›Avoid abrasive scrubbing pads on gloss finishes

MONTHLY / SEASONAL CARE

›Deep clean with diluted neutral cleaner
›Inspect for chips, scratches, or areas showing wear
›Re-seal polished concrete high-traffic areas annually
›Low-pressure wash exterior overlays and pool decks
›Check expansion joints and caulk lines for separation
›Contact us for any areas showing delamination or adhesion issues

PRODUCTS TO AVOID

Never use bleach, ammonia, citrus-based cleaners, or harsh acids on resinous coating systems. These can break down the topcoat, cause discoloration, and void your warranty. For exterior surfaces, do not use de-icing salts — use sand or pet-safe alternatives.
