WHAT’S COVERED
  • ›Material defects in coatings and overlays
  • ›Workmanship and application quality
  • ›Delamination or adhesion failure under normal use
  • ›Peeling, flaking, or bubbling not caused by substrate movement
  • ›Color fading beyond normal wear (UV-stabilized systems)
  • ›Manufacturer defects where applicable
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
  • ›Damage from improper cleaning products or chemicals
  • ›Physical damage (impact, cuts, gouges)
  • ›Substrate movement, settling, or cracking beneath the coating
  • ›Hydrostatic pressure not disclosed at time of installation
  • ›Normal wear in high-traffic areas over time
  • ›Neglect of recommended maintenance practices
IMPORTANT — CURING REQUIREMENTS
All warranty coverage is contingent on adherence to curing requirements. Light foot traffic is permitted after 24–48 hours for most systems. Vehicle traffic and heavy use require a full 7-day cure. Failure to observe curing periods may void warranty coverage.

Upon project completion, your account enters active monitoring status. Our team will periodically follow up to assess system performance and address any maintenance needs.
